Added whole cone hops in bag at start of boil
Added wort chiller, dextrose, and maltodextrine at 10min left in boil
Added yeast nutrient, whirlfloc, and Irish moss at 5min left in boil.
Pitched Philly sour yeast at 1:30pm.

Beer is a straw golden color and has cleared up nicely. It has a slight tart astringency, and is pretty mild in flavor. Would’ve liked for it to be a bit funkier with more yeast character. It will be a very nice beer to adjunct with fruit. |

Added conditioning yeast and 3.15oz priming sugar to bottling bucket
Very nice fruity flavor with a clean refreshing taste |
