Notes

Haremos una American Lager con un tono lupulado. Se podría decir que una American Hoppy lager. Será para el concurso de Save de Lager. Cómo no hay opciones de ganar, sino que se envía para saber que tal cerveza hacemos, pues a pesar de que se saldrá de estilo y eso nos quitará opciones, vamos a hacer la cerveza que nos apetece a nosotros.
La idea es fermentar a 12ºC hasta casi acabar, luego liberar temperatura, 1ºC al día hasta alcanzar los 15ºC. Bajar a 14ºC hacer el DryHopping y volver enfriar todo lo que pueda para hacer el lagering.
Hay de máximo hasta el 23 de marzo que tendríamos que embotellar para enviar sin falta el 25 de marzo.
