WARNING: Kettle losses > 2% detected which throw off OG calculation for extract/partial mash recipes in batch target 'fermentor' mode. Solution: Reduce kettle losses, misc losses and hops absorption in equipment profile, OR set batch target to 'kettle' and do a full wort boil. See batch target FAQ.

Notes

White Lab's WLP013 London Ale yeast to start: 7 day fermentation.
To finish fermentation: White Labs Super WLP099 added after dry hopping, three days before bottling.
Brew June, 2014

Tasted November, 2014; 5 months in. Nicely bitter for such high ABV. Entirely drinkable now, but I'll keep waiting.

Tasted again in December. Same reaction.
