Notes

Gonna dump a fresh batch of wort on top of my "Constable McGrath" dregs. in my Speidel 60 liter fermenter. Gonna add a bag of Hornindal and a dry Safale Brett to give enough cells and see how it turns out. This is an effort to replicate what I have garnered to be traditional tavern brewing whereby the brewer would never think of wasting materials or positive inertia when continuing a particularly great beer, Will let you know!! Kinda like the 40 year stewpot.....just add more carrots!!! LOL!! PS I am going to tone down the hops because there will be some IBUs in the barm....
