Left the carboy in the fermentation chamber over night to get down to 50 degrees as my immersion chiller can not get it that low. Checked this morning and it was sitting right at 50 degrees. Pitched the yeast and then set it to 52 degrees. First cold fermented lager underway! |

Finished diacetyl rest. Kegged 5.1 gallons and purged the keg. Placed keg in beer fridge at 38 degrees to lager for a while. |
