Notes

Did not write ANY notes day of! Whoops!

Tasting notes - 3/28/22 - 3 months old. Nice orange flavor - JUST right on the IBUs. Not much aroma, as usual, but the color is a beautiful golden amber. Not orange, not greenish-brown, so the whole hops worked.

Tasting more of orange - Amarillo maybe still be a bit high - or maybe paired with so much Citra it's a bit much.

Overall, this beer is excellent - great color, perfect bitterness, could have more aroma. In Paul's opinion could be dryer, maybe a lower mash temp? Mark remains unconvinced.
