Notes

All Grain - Shiner base and then leaning to Altbier for lighter color

RO water with the salt additions

Update 1/17/22: straw colored achieved and with a cooler slow fermentation a very smooth drinking ale. Kegged, but still primed with 5 oz of dextrose and keep CO2 around 9-10 # for nice head.
