  • 2 kat pitch rate ile starter 1 gece buzdolabında bekletilip sadece slurry buzdolabından çıkarılıp soğuk olarak eklenir. (Starter wort fermentasyon sıcaklığının 3-5 derece üstünü aşmamalı)
