Notes

A classic Hefeweizen / Weissber recipe with 50/50 Grist and classic yeast.

I was very Happy with V2. Very smashable.

Had to change Hops as

  1. Different AA% FOR Tettnanger
  2. Not enough, SAAZ substituted for Aroma Hop addition
