Notes

After 4-5 days of fermentation add three ounces of dark rum mixed with 4-5 packs of Starbucks instant coffee directly to fermentor.

Starbucks instant coffee is actually pretty decent on it's own. Don't substitute for a different brand unless you've tried it. I haven't found any that are equal.
