I brew my beer in a little hut that a live in. Space is cramped but cozy, and I cherish the obstacles that face me from smaller-style living. The Hobbit is near and dear to my heart, and in line with the simple pleasures hobbits are known for in Tolkien's masterpieces, I craft my beer to my taste, with the framework of inspiration varying beer to beer, imbuing calculated meaning into every batch. Ingredients are organic, flavors abound, and there's love in every sip- cheers!
Ode to Summer Ale - Light body, mild bittering, extensive dry hop in secondary with organic peaches and a touch of vanilla.
Jazz Cat Chocolate Cherry Ale - Dark body with chocolate tones, bittered like a pale or light IPA, mellowed in secondary with cacoa nibs, vanilla, and organic cherries.
