All-grain brewer that uses mainly an electric all-in-one system (30l), every now and then BIAB on gas (50l). Fermenting mainly under pressure but likes to switch up and bucket-brew. Serving beer mainly from my keezer with two taps. For some beers like German wheat (Weizen) or Stouts I bottle. Trying to optimize the brewing process with the least amount of cleaning, so external pumps with hoses are a no-go. With some exceptions, like Belgian witbier, I only use (adjusted) water, malt, hops and yeast and I buy in bulk.
Mainly hop-forward beer, I love hops. German wheat or RIS every now and then. Actually never did a lager, but would love to try.
