Started brewing in early 2014. Willing to try brewing any style or method. I have expanded my equipment to allow me to brew any 10 gallon batch from extract or all grain. A lot of my equipment I have made, from my mash ton, boil pot, immersion and counterflow chiller, and my keg/keezer system.
