Removed first dry hop after 3.5days ( 84hrs )
Will add second dry hop at 10 days to give 4 days soak before kegging and bottling.

Notes: This fermented out much farther than it shows in this recipe. Ended up at just over 8%. Still a nice full mouthfeel. A little more bitterness at least early on which is what I was looking for. |
