Yep. There are no squirrel calories. That unit at least is global but in the US, we just call them Calories, leaving off the "kilo".Kcal is kilocalories, the nutrition value of a food. In the US we use "calories" for the same measure.
A 230 kcal beer in Germany is a 230 cal beer in US. And Canada, I suppose.
Wr have to be different...
