My three and a half month Norfolk Nog.
ABV: 5%
Didn't work well as naturally carbonated in the 2 gallon keg - the way I usually stick with.
No head and texture; a bit of a letdown from expectations!
This is what it looked like 24 hours after I added a CO2 bulb which I think suits this beer a lot more.
I have never known that make as much a difference.
Might be better chilled of course (which I can't do with that keg) so will try next batch in mini-keg and/or bottles.
Silky smooth and got better the slower I sipped - feels pretty much like the finished article but wouldn't be surprised if it develops a bit more over the next two weeks I have planned it to last.

Latest ginger beer this has some good acidity I used citric acid with this one I like the mouthfeel.
Aroma ginger lemon for 500g of ginger it's smooth its got a great long lingering ginger bite and warms up the belly long after its gone down.
Its lite and refreshing.

You know I'm demystified what happend to that candy sugar the boil was an lite Amber color and here it is pale yellow:p
