Drinking my Quad I brewed about a month ago, modeled after Chimay Blue, fermented with WLP500, super tasty. Bonus swirly bubbles.

Nice smooth creamy head from wheat and maybe oats clarity is great so much for haze from oats i did use geletin though. Aroma has faded some but not flavour. It needs some tweeking but very drinkable atm. Cheerz!

Currently on bus heading home after work in a 38 C workshop .
Really really looking forward to pouring a Citra / Azacca IPA we whipped up .
I may cop a bit for my absurd hopping rates but its simply superb ! I score it at 42 and loses points for a very slight grassiness and too much sweetness in the finish but I'm splitting hairs

Okay, I’ll play. Here’s my gigantic picture of a commercial beer. I bought it for a beer brine recipe for a turkey we’ll deep fry on Saturday. I didn’t want to part with a gallon of homebrew to make it!

@Nosybear up at Palisade. Sampling and enjoying the cold winter evening by the pit. Cheers.

The gas definately needed to settle a bit. Tasty, but needed time to settle and clear some for sure. Here's a shot of it. Crisp and clean.
