What are you drinking right now?

Hoppy pale ale, no foam

Amarillo blonde ale. Very tart, almost pithy, strong orange notes, almost too bitter. Will need to review my recipe on this one. It's not bad, but not the citrusy easy drinker I was hoping for. Or I'm just not a big fan of Voss kveik lol View attachment 17422
Looks good though! What was your hop schedule?

Looks good though! What was your hop schedule?
2 gallon batch, 30 min boil
1/3 oz Amarillo at 30 mins (~21 IBUs)
1/3 oz Amarillo at 5 mins (~6 IBUs)
1/3 oz Amarillo at 0 mins

15-20 min hopstand after flameout

Water profile (Light colored and hoppy):
Ca+2 Mg+2 Na+ Cl- SO4-2 HCO3-
78 - 9.3 - 0 - 60.3 - 142 - 0

I know the IBUs were high for the style, and maybe that combined with the high Sulfate made the bitterness so pronounced?

Did you use LalBrew Voss (dry), or a liquid Kveik?
