Drinking hop test beer started off with some Astringency issues early on but now months later it's quite tasty.

It has been a long time since I posted something that I made. This is just a QC sample as it was brewed for this Wednesday's AA (Alcohol Abundance) 15th Anniversary Extravavganza!.
With 30% flaked, pretty much a pound of hops, approximately 5.8%, and roughly 40 IBU's, this is passing inspection. Iam expecting some significant lacing from this one!

Brought this back from Parry Sound, 30,000 Island IPA. The 30,000 reference is to the 30,000 Islands in the archipelago in the region on Georgian Bay. Georgian Bay (part of Lake Huron) is larger than most lakes.
