Another IPA from the Two Roads Brewing variety pack. It's a decent standard IPA 20210725_174827.jpg

This is the best IPA in the box

Edited to add the worst IPA in the box. It's a pretty approachable double IPA all things considered. Just not one of my favorite styles

image.jpg Janet’s Brown Ale, about 6+ months after packaging. This was fermented with Voss. It is not the clean, smooth beer that US-05 produced. This will probably be good around a campfire in the fall, I hope.

20210724_163140.jpg 20210724_163111.jpg A friend brought this over, it was pretty boozy. Pretty busy label, typical of Flying Monkeys Brewing!

Left over from the fermenting keg. SO happy with how this turned out. Nice and bready. Dry but can still taste the maltiness. Just enough Hallertau to balance. This will be real nice in a few weeks. Flavor is real clean. Fermented under pressure in the mid 60s A876CE65-8951-4BE2-A3C0-1EEA47D07684.jpeg

This was the Marzen. The Dunkelweizen got better after a week or so and I enjoyed it

Oh! They changed the label, use to be black! That is a great brew, as is pretty much anything the do.
