That looks so good! Do you make dunkleweiss or hefeweiss regularly?
First wheat beer. At first i wasn’t sold but once I gave it a few days it was tasty.
sipping some home roasted cold brew Right now.
One of my latest experiments "Storm" its an, of course a NEIPA
What yeast did you use?
Another IPA from the Two Roads Brewing variety pack. It's a decent standard IPA
This is the best IPA in the box
Edited to add the worst IPA in the box. It's a pretty approachable double IPA all things considered. Just not one of my favorite styles
Janet’s Brown Ale, about 6+ months after packaging. This was fermented with Voss. It is not the clean, smooth beer that US-05 produced. This will probably be good around a campfire in the fall, I hope.
Weyerbacher - Tiny - Belgian Style Imperial Stout (11.8%)
A great way to end my weekend drinking.
Just a little SN Triple IPA I found today. Big beer!
A friend brought this over, it was pretty boozy. Pretty busy label, typical of Flying Monkeys Brewing!
Lots of pages to turn to read that can.
What a cool can! I’d try it just for that.
They make great beer, and have a sense of humor!
If you ever happen to be in the Milky Way, look them up!
Left over from the fermenting keg. SO happy with how this turned out. Nice and bready. Dry but can still taste the maltiness. Just enough Hallertau to balance. This will be real nice in a few weeks. Flavor is real clean. Fermented under pressure in the mid 60s
See, I toldya'
This was the Marzen. The Dunkelweizen got better after a week or so and I enjoyed it
Yeah. No kidding pour hard! Did a 180 with that bottle get a little head!
Ahhh, I tried...
Oh! They changed the label, use to be black! That is a great brew, as is pretty much anything the do.
