Hey impressed with the nice white head Oz. My two attempts at darker ales have me with amber/ choc coloured head.

On a whim I threw a bottle of graff in the fridge last night that is about 2 yrs old. Honestly? I was never sold on the stuff till now! This is one of the very few things, and maybe the exception (for me), that has in fact actually improved with age.

Well so much for an extended wait on this blondie i am absolutely amazed by how quick its clearing up! You know i brewed this beer less than two weeks back.
Its a guzzler alright and id better quit while im ahead cheers all.

Found a bottle of the GABF Kentucky Common. It's still nice - mine's past its prime. We did a better job of it at Ironworks.
