Josh, your beautiful pours make me jealous. How do you determine your priming sugar, and what are you using?
I cheat. I dose each bottle with 1/2 tsp of corn sugar and each bomber with 1 tsp
Doesn't like cheating to me if it gets you better results than the "traditional" way!
With only around 12 bottles a batch It isn’t time consuming plus I know exactly how much is in there.

Evidence would then suggest leaving this one to condition longer next time before getting into it!
You are killing me Iol. So would you suggest longer to condition before I put in the fridge for the “lagering”?
