Nice looking rig ya got there @Beerbelly ...you should post that over on the Show us your gear thread!Mine’s very low tech, but works great. I put the chiller & the hop strainer in at the beginning of the boil, hook up the water and drain hoses, and set the timer for hop additions. When done, I turn on the water and sit back with a beer or two.

A little wasteful of me, but not as wasteful as sending my chilling water directly to drain.
It would be easier for me to save some of that for clean up, I really should do that...
I have this three way valve to send hot water from the chiller to the drain.
I set it up so I could divert it to a buck, why haven't I been doing that...
