My Best IPA + a few minutes into the boil. I took a photo of the impressive hot break, but for some reason it would not post, and the photo is lost in the ether.

We hit 46 oC, shade temperature (115 F)

Explain what each hose does, and the path of the steam please?

I think: red hose feeds clear hose, cold water for condenser. Silicone hose at the bottom of that stack carries water (cold plus condensate) to drain. The other silicone, from the bz pump, feeds the counterflow chiller, with a quick connect for a hose to the fermenter.

Steam goes... hmm. Not sure, as the top port directly above the bz cover's center does not seem closed off.

Ultimately I want to make my system like yours. Similar window, different fan.

Don‘t know. Never made it before. At this point, it’s more of an idea than it is a beer.
Imagine an American Wheat geared less for the summer and orange slices and more for the winter and cranberries. Might be a stretch, but this is my hobby! lol.
