With everything else in there, you have an ESB anyway. Add a little brown sugar because that yeast is a shit for attenuation, but that sounds like a great recipe.
I'm going to try my hand at a Festbier and a Dubbel next.
If I brew it it'll be with Nova lager yeast and I'll probably throw that candy sugar in to Darken it up a bit maybe kiln my next batch of malt a bit darker to try and hit the Amber target...
How do you all think this would go with Voss kveik?
I got fuggle & saaz. Just no magnum. I do have Galena/hallertau blanc and cascade
