Q4 this weekend.
A little vienna in the mix as I got no Maris otter.
Going to Kveik it. Gotta, with the temperatures that will be around the coming couple of days

Pan doesnt fit my 2nd cooler box, so made another plan for the mash.
Highly sophisticated
But we are brewing

And surprisingly enough, I only lost less than 0.5 oC over an hour mash!

No chill overnight after a fight with cling wrap.
