Been wanting to try WLP800 in the Shady for a while now, still using Mauri 497/M54 for my main lager yeast, temp I can maintain isn’t ideal for the White Labs yeast, going to try it under 15 psi of pressure and see if it comes out better than the last timeOnto a new yeast on the lager Front Bulin Mauri brew done with?
