What's your next brew

ESB is definitely up next, won't likely be able to do that before the guy in the red suit pays a visit, but should be able to get it done between then and New Years
 
You mean that guy in red suit and black gumboots?
Always hilarious to see him here, dripping sweat in those boots...
Somehow it doesn't work very well in the tropics and southern hemisphere (at least not for someone from Northern Europe)
 
Onto a new yeast on the lager Front Bulin Mauri brew done with?
Been wanting to try WLP800 in the Shady for a while now, still using Mauri 497/M54 for my main lager yeast, temp I can maintain isn’t ideal for the White Labs yeast, going to try it under 15 psi of pressure and see if it comes out better than the last time

Actually had the same problem with the Mauri yeast, at the top end of the temperature range it can throw off some nasty flavors. Have a blowtie on the fermenter right now to make sure that doesn’t happen with the light lager.

Next up is a 4.5% Hazy, after that I will be tackling the Wee Heavy, I'm calling it "A Whole Lotta Rosie"
When the hazy goes into the keg (which won't take long with VOSS and a low gravity), I will have four taps pouring.
The Wee heavy will get bottled, and forgotten about for at least a few months.
