Yellow Brauen Kolsch after cold conditioning 2 days. This might be my best beer yet. I'll be sending it to a Kolsch competition in a couple of days. It's bitter for the style, but I think it balances well with the sweetness of the malt and fruitiness of the hops and yeast. It smells like a crisp lager but has lots of flavor. Ends bitter and dry, very drinkable. I used Lalbrew Koln yeast and YVH Triumph hops
