Toast the flaked oats in 350 oven until it smells like oatmeal cookies.

Boil the chestnuts in shell in the strike water 20 minutes, remove and toast in 400F oven for 20-25 mins to dry out. Peel and pulverize in food processor and add to grains at mash in temp.
