Notes

This recipe is from BasicBrewing. It uses Flaked Corn, which my other Mexican Lagers do not. They said it adds a little sweetness, and I’ve seen another video that used flaked corn, so I’m going for that. The other thing I’ve added is Crystal 60L for a darker color and richer flavor. I’m using Saflager 34/70, but BasicBrewing used Que Bueno yeast, not available at my brew shop.
