Notes

A Fresh Orange and wild flowers cloudy season... an easy sipper for summer, that will surely surprise the crowd.

Tips and Alternatives:

1#Dandelion or linden flowers are a good and easily available option to replace the Meadow sweet, just learn how to make a bitter-free dandelion syrup first... it won't be the same but it is a decent trade off. if you use linden flower triple the weight and if you use dandelion put 5X the amount (50gr or 1.5 ounce), it is a rather weak aroma.

2# if you are not a great gatherer, just put 30 - 45 grams (1 to 1.5 ounce) of dried elderflower or fresh elderflower... and nothing else. it is gonna taste great too. if this is too complicated too because elderflowers are not sold in the supermarket and do not grow on your sofa, just remove all the flowers, it will still be a nice saison recipe or put chips in it, i don't know, damn city hipsters...
