What are you drinking right now?

Yes, trying to keep this thread focused on beverages, this morning I am drinking a cup of loose leaf English Breakfast Tea, sweetened with local wildflower honey. Paired with a Spitzenberg apple from our own tree.
Let’s stay focused folks.

Not a gun fan, but what is used here mostly are .358 rifles. And maybe some .22's
All I use is a pellet gun to keep the vervet monkeys away.

Back to drinks
I'm having another mosi, but didn't take a picture.
Instead you are getting a pic of my dog to test if my connection is good enough

He's looking at something over there on the far bank it seems

But what if a hundred angry bunnies decided to go all carrot top on you? That rapid fire rate might let you get away ...

(Is joke. Please to be laugh).
Nearly blew my Andigator all over the screen. Beware the ginger bunnies. I see what you did, LOL.

That looks great Herm. I gotta get my stout going soon for the holidays. The missus keeps buying craft stuff for me to keep me on track with the kitchen, though. Tonite, 1 Abita Andigator (8%), and 2 Leinenkugel Red Lagers. Yum!

Wow
Much clearer than mine
Just had the last of baby keg. Tasted good though. Then when opening oxebar keg for cleaning, I got that yeasty smell.
Makes you wonder how that yeast produces such a nice drink
I think it was BRY-97
Now drinking Mosi lager
Listening to the cicades, late afternoon birds
And later on hyena, baboon, maybe lion

First of my ginger concoction
Nice bubbles, good ginger
Bit watery tasting (enough alcohol), lacking some body.
I'll use some grain for the next batch.
This was ginger, limes, water, sugar, yeast nutrient and Voss

Noice work that looks fantastic!

Yup I've come to the same conclusion just adding some grains to bump up the body.

Either that or maltodextrin should work too.

The first pour of my Wheat Ale. It is beer, but something is missing. Given that it was bottled only six days ago, it has carbed nicely, and is super clear. I had intended to dry hop this beer with Mandarina Bavaria, but I didn’t. Maybe as it conditions further it will improve, I hope.
