the addition of the zest of the Tahiti lemon is at the end of the boil

fermented at a temperature of 20º celcius for 7 days, then lowers the temperature to 0º celcius for 3 days, immediately after filling (priming in the bottle) 6 grams per liter. the result is a beer with a light body, citrus and refreshing aroma.
