Notes

Mash grains to extract sugars for 60 minutes at 152F, boil for 10 minutes. Add Goodbelly probiotics and hold at 95-110 degrees for 48 hours. Boil for 15 minutes, bring to 68 degrees add yeast and ferment to completion. After fermentation, add 1lb cherries per gallon in secondary, wait 10 days then keg or bottle.
