Single Infusion Mash (Clawhammer) 156F - 60 Minutes

Boil - 60 minutes

Chill to ~70F and pitch (I'm using my own 'house' yeast)

On the back side of active fermentation, dry hop with the Ekuanot and an additional 0.5 oz of Jasmine Flowers.

Definitely use a secondary to improve clarity and to get some of the hops/flowers to come out of suspension.
