Notes
  1. Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat.
  2. Dissolve malt extract thoroughly. Return to heat. Add hops per hop schedule.
  3. Cool wort to room temperature, transfer to fermenter. Top up to 5 gallons if necessary.
  4. Pitch yeast when fermenter is cool to the touch, or <75F (24C).
  5. After fermentation is complete, prime with Mangrove Jack Carbonation Drops, adding 1 drop per 12 oz bottle.
