21:36 -> 20 liter kraanwater 60 graden
mout extract toegevoegd (moutextract licht): 2500 gram + 1 soeplepel -> 1040 SG
22:04 -> 80 graden
22:21 -> 100 graden (rollend) + 26 gr hop (Cascade)
23:07 -> 30 gr hop (Cascade)
23:21 -> 1 uur gekookt met hop, 10 minuten laten bezinken (88graden), bij het filtreren kwam beetje bezinksel mee (SG 1050), eind volume 16 liter
Kraan lekte van gistvat, overgegoten in een emmer en opnieuw in gist vat.
Gist getapt na mout extract was opgelost (100ml) en gist in opgelost.
Na 24 uur geen bel vorming te zien in waterslot, na openen vat was wel schuim zichtbaar.

200 gr suiker opgelost in 200 ml water en voor 10 minuten gekookt
gistvorming was duidelijk zichtbaar
