Bring to boil. Add extract. 1-2 minutes boil is all that is necessary. Chill to 110. Transfer to fermenter. Add 8oz Goodbelly. Allow to sour 24 hrs. Check ph. 3.4 or lower. Cool wort to 68. Pitch yeast.
