Notes

Boil 0.5 gallons of water with 3 cans of frozen apple concentrate, 2 medium sliced apples, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, 2 cloves, and 2 cups of brown sugar for 15 minutes.

Add honey, 1 teaspoon of yeast nutrient, and boiled materials to fermentor and add water to dilute to 1.12 starting gravity. Allow liquid to cool to 70 F and then pitch yeast.

Ferment at 60 F for 1 month before racking. The yeast will not ferment this dry so this will be a sweet mead.
