Notes

Drop pH with 1 Tb spoon of LA88. Sour with L. plantarum for 3 days at 90+F

Finish with Saison yeast and optionally Brett (most likely Mad Ferm and DuPont on first try)

Ferment two weeks, add .#5 Hibiscus, zest and flesh of 2 Grapefruits.

Re-ferment for two weeks, adding 4 oz Citra after 1st week.
