Very good dry mead. The combination of the honey and yeast strain made for a beautifully tropical nose. The only issues are more the style designations. There were slight bubbles, and the ABV does not seem to be there (the yeast does not go that high). Smaller things can also be tweaked like adding a small bit of oak for additional body, but it's no necessary. Great job.
This sample adheres to the dry mead style. The aroma has nice ripe fruit. Clarity is well done. Flavor is clean with nice acidity. Alcohol is well hidden. Pleasant post nasal. Nice mouthfeel for a lower ABV offering, Slight bubbles present indicating a light amount of carbonation
