Notes
La temperatura del mash empezó a 64° C, a los 5 minutos le pusimos 600 ml de agua caliente a 87° C.
El tiempo del mash fue de 70 min.
El recirculado fue de 3 veces hasta que salió limpio o más claro. y nos llevamos de 6 a 6.5 litros.
Originalmente el tiempo de hervor era de 60', pero debido a que nuestro efeciencia del mpas no fue la mejor, tuvimos que incrementar el tiempo de hervor a 95 min.
