Notes

This has got to be an original light beer. Low abv, no other fermentables other than the molasses, final beer has almost no head, fair co2 sparkle with the 1 drop per bottle a noteable malasses flavor, though not overpowering, and the hops flavor and bitterness balances it out pretty well. Would definetly consider this a cooking beer, but it was fun trying to recreate this recipe, and did indeed produce a drinkable brew. You probably would not want to brew this in large quantities or all that often.
