Notes

Was a little short temp wise so I topped off with 1 quart of boiling water to bring it to 152. Got 5.25 gallons in the fermenter and an OG of 1.052.

How did it turn out, I'm looking into getting some mosaic but i haven't heard many people talk about it yet. What do you think of it?

Hey Wein,So this one turned out pretty well. It was a little sweeter than I had wanted but no big deal. It had a very nice citrusy flavor and actually was really nutty like walnut. I didn't think munich had that quality but maybe it came from that. All and all my overall impression was mosaic is similar to simcoe but a bit cleaner tasting and less "dank". It still had that dank quality but it was not as pronounced.
