4/11/15 Started with 7 gal of the Howard Family 1030 maple syrup final running, equivalent to 5.5 pounds of the malt, but there was no malt, just the maple syrup dregs from the boiling pan, reduced to about 4.5 gal and then added the 10 pounds of Banyai honey so that final batch was about 5.25 gal 1 tablespoon of yeast energiser
Measured OG was pretty close to the 1120 predicted.
