Notes
1) 4 gals, heat to 162F
2) Add grain, steep for 1 hour at 152F
3) Discard grain
4) Heat low rolling boil
5) Add 1oz tet hops at 60 mins
6) Add 1oz tet hops at 30 mins
7) Add 1oz tet hops at 5 mins
8) Stop boil, sani fermenter, sani yeast pack/scissors
9) Dilute with 2.8 gal in fermy (8.3lbs of ice= 1 gal of water) 8lbs of ice, 2 gal distilled water
10) Pitch yeast
11) Ferment for 4 weeks, remove from FV into bottling bucket
12) Add CBC 1 yeast and 5 oz dextrose, mix and bottle
13) Bottle condition at ferm temp for 1 week,
14) Chill/ enjoy!
