Notes

Pitch all ingredients into apple cranberry juice jug from supermarket. Screw cap halfway for airlock.

Empty 1/8 bottle for headroom, add sugar, add yeast into separate water cup to warm up, then pitch.

Fermentation may take up to a month to complete. Cold crash to end ferm cycle.

After fermentation is complete, pour through coffee filter before bottling. (add a splash of raw primary ferm into each bottle for carbonation)

End product has sweet kombucha-like taste, and continues slow ferm even after cold crash.
