Mead #11

Boil 3 gals of H2O with tea bags for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add honey, lemon juice, and Fermaid K.
Let rest for 30 minutes in cold water bath.
Transfer to fermenter and add blackberries.
Top to 5 gallons.
Pitch dry yeast.
Add yeast nutrient and degas on days 3 & 6.
