temp steps 131 for 15 minutes
pull 3 quart bring to 149 to 15 162 for 15 then boil for 15 minutes
to bring mash to 149
3 quarts to 162 for 15 boil for 15 minutes to bring mash to 162
drain thin mash 3 quarts boil then return to mash to raise to 170
recirc or vorluof for 20 minutes
gather 7 gallons to boil use fresh picked hops
got 23 liters
sg 1.050 transferted to carboy sept 12 sg 1.012
oct 5 transfer to corny keg, put in keezer at 33 f and 3 psi C02 to cold crash
oct 7 add biofine 15 mls thru gas port with syringe
oct 15 taste test AOk very clear c02 at 14 psi. new keezer build at 37F beer line about 6 feet could be longer according to research.
