Notes

Needed bigger boil size. Dumped .75 gal from mash when got to 14.25. 15 gal good. Used 17 gal mash/sparge water, needed 17.5 for 26 lbs of grain. Actually used 3 oz EKG but didn't completely dissolve in small screened hops container.
